Prepayment is required for passenger pickups outside of Longview upon reservation scheduling. Customers wishing to pay by cash must secure reservations with a major credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express).
CANCELLATIONS
1. A 20% cancellation fee will be charged if cancelled within 24 hours of pickup time. The remaining balance will be refunded.
2. Since last minute flight cancellations are no fault of Errands for All, customers may be subject to a fee of $125 when a flight cancels within 3 hours of pickup time. In this instance, a refund can be remitted for the balance paid less $125, or the $125 fee can be added if the customer wishes to reschedule.
3. Optionally, if a flight cancels last minute, the customer may choose to take a later flight and ask the driver to wait at the rate of $24 per hour.
4. Wait fees at the rate of $24 per hour may also be charged when flights are late but not cancelled.
